Established in 1977, John Vincent Land Surveying practice (JVS) was formed into a limited company in 1991. Based close to the M4 on the Enterprise Zone in Swansea, South Wales. 

JVS specialises in Land, Hydrographical, and Building surveys for a diverse variety of clients, locally and across the UK.  Sectors include civil engineering, construction, building, water and leisure industries. Modern technology is used to meet the high tolerances and achieve any tight deadlines required.

The surveying services provided by JVS extends from feasibility stage through to construction and project completion.

JVS have survey teams certified to work on network rail and CSCS qualified for construction works.

Utilising high specification Trimble and Leica survey equipment both traditional and GPS surveys are undertaken quickly and accurately to the clients specification, with information being available both in digital and/or paper format as required.
